Privacy policy

At Maestro Music International we organise military music concerts including the Birmingham International Tattoo and the Royal Marines Spectacular. In the course of running our concerts we collect limited data about our patrons including names, addresses and contact preferences to allow us to keep them informed of our concerts and services. We only collect contact details where the individual has agreed and we do not share the information with other organisations.

What do we mean by personal data?

The term "personal data" means information relating to an identified or identifiable natural or legal person, for example, the name, age, e-mail address or mailing address of the individual. Maestro Music International may collect the personal data you provide to us (or our nominated ticket agents) with your agreement when you purchase tickets for our events or when you choose to supply your data when you request to be added to our mailing lists for information on our events.

Why do we collect your data?

We want to deliver a great experience to all those interested in our concerts and the small amount of data we hold about you helps us provide you with information on our events. To minimse the amount of paper and/or emails you receive we only contact you once or twice per year.

How do we use your data?

Your personal data will be kept strictly confidential and we never share your information with other organisations. We only use the personal data you provide to advise you of our events or services. We may also use your e-mail address to respond to your comments and questions. From time to time, we may contact you with information about events and services, particularly through emails or by post. If you do not want us to contact you for such purposes, please unsubscribe when receiving emails or use the details provided with our mailings to be removed from our mailing list.

We will take commercially reasonable measures to maintain the reliability, accuracy and completeness of personal data in our databases and to protect the security of our databases. We keep your personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with any applicable legal reporting or document retention requirements. Although we cannot guarantee against any loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alternation or destruction of data, we try to prevent such unfortunate occurrences.

How can you easily be removed from our lists?

On receipt of one of our emails or postal mailings there will always be a simple way to unsubscribe or notify us that you want removing from our mailings. You can also update your address or contact details using the same process or by contacting us at data@maestromusicinternational.com
